GlobalCAD, an international consulting firm headquartered in Spain, is looking for profiles of experienced evaluation experts with German language skills (German nationality is not required) for a tender for a framework contract to carry out evaluations in the field of economic development and job creation.
Suitable profiles should fulfil the following requirements
– At least 3 evaluation projects in international cooperation in the last 3 years (2021-2024) in relevant thematic areas for a contract volume of at least EUR 20,000; experience in evaluation projects with German development cooperation is an advantage
– Experience as team leader in evaluation projects
– Further project references for evaluation experience in international cooperation, including the application of quantitative and qualitative methods, OECD evaluation criteria and different evaluation approaches
– Experience with cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, human rights, “leave no one behind”
– Other types of project experience, e.g. assessment missions, technical assistance, training in economic development and employment; experience with the application of GIZ approaches and tools is an advantage
– Sound knowledge and experience in at least one of the thematic areas of GIZ https://www.giz.de/expertise/html/59890.html
– Knowledge of English level C2, knowledge of German at least level B1
– Knowledge of other languages, especially French or Spanish, is an advantage (at least level C1)
