HRC is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert to join our team for a potential project on survivor engagement in the anti-human trafficking sector.
We are a UK-based social enterprise providing investigation, training, and consultancy services to governments, NGOs, and corporations. Our local evidence-based insights empower policymakers to end forced labour, modern slavery and human trafficking, globally.
Requirements:
– professional proficiency in English
– at least 5 years experience of M&E in South East Asia (must) and Africa (desirable)
– track record of working with survivors and experience in a trauma-informed approach
– advanced quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis skills
