We are a hybrid working organisation and expect colleagues to come into the office once a week. However we are open to applicants who are based outside of London and want to come into the office less frequently than that. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting colleagues and organisations in the UK and internationally to learn and drive improvements in the way they work towards a just world free from poverty. They will also have technical MEL expertise, excellent interpersonal skills with experience commissioning or managing evidence and learning programmes, and an ability to reflect on the bigger picture, to connect learnings and find ways to put evidence into use. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that’s working to improve the way MEL is done at Comic Relief, so that it uses an equity diversity and inclusion (EDI) lens, and focuses on being useful and proportionate for the partner organisations we fund.
