Counterpart International is currently seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer to provide support to a growing portfolio of Counterpart International’s programs, primarily focused on its Food Security programs funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service.

The MEL Officer will provide technical support including: design or redesign of projects’ Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plans (MELP) or Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plans (PMEPs) for new and current projects; support country staff in establishing/strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems; support the implementation and/or development of SharePoint-based knowledge management platforms across multiple programs; conduct temporary duty assignments with our country staff; and support the design and implementation of assessments and evaluations for Counterpart’s programs. In addition, the MEL Officer will work with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager and Project Management Unit (PMU) staff to analyze data, and use data visualization tools to demonstrate program impact, capture learning, and identify good practices that will enable Counterpart to exemplify its thought leadership among stakeholders and communities of practice.
