The ILO Evaluation Office seeks expressions of interest (EoIs) from qualified independent evaluator(s) with experience in large multi-country programmes in for an upcoming independent Mid-term evaluation of EU-ILO programme “Mainstreaming Employment into Trade and Investment in the Southern Neighbourhood” (METI) (2020-2022)
The call is open to international, regional and national consultants, evaluation consultancy firms or teams of consultants.
