Description: As a Monitoring and Evaluation Co-ordinator, you will create a monitoring and evaluation plan to support our leadership development framework for the Global Girls Leadership Programme (GGLP). Using a range of evaluation and data collection tools, you’ll assess whether the outcomes of the programme are being achieved, focusing on measuring behaviour change and supporting colleagues to understand your methodology.
You’ll support the development of the GGLP, gathering and analysing data to assess the success of the programme and recommending areas which could be improved. Additionally, you’ll assist with donor reporting and conduct impact assessments across our broader leadership work.
