Contract: Two years full time
Location: Guyana
Under the supervision of the Project Director (PD), the Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall Monitoring & Evaluation strategy and related activities within the project and providing timely and relevant information and support to project stakeholders. This includes close coordination with all stakeholders involved in Monitoring & Evaluation design, data collection, data analysis, and project implementation. While the M&E Specialist reports directly to the PD, s/he will be supported on technical matters by WUSC’s HQ-based Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Advisor.
This posiiton requires a strong background in research and evaluation methodologies and the ability to design and manage multi-stakeholder learning agendas. A strong understanding of youth empowerment and employment programming and a demonstrated commitment to gender equality are a must.
