We are seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Systems Specialist to enhance our efforts in community development and disaster recovery programs across the globe. Our initiatives focus on Climate Resilience & Rural Development, Gender-Based Violence Prevention & Response, Early Childhood Development, and Disaster Preparedness & Response.
Role Highlights:
- Travel: Limited, required several times a year for in-person team meetings and field support.
- Focus: Developing and managing MEL systems to maximize program impact.
- Location Requirements: Flexibility for non-NYC based staff with required travel for team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and refine MEL systems across diverse global programs.
- Collaborate with in-country partners to ensure effective data collection and evaluation.
- Support continuous learning and program improvement through robust MEL practices.
