The U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) is currently seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Technical Specialist, specializing in Indicators and Data. This role is pivotal in supporting the development of strong financial sectors and public financial management across more than 50 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and clearing performance indicators.
- Leading the creation of technical M&E portions for project designs.
- Supporting the development of M&E plans, data collection, management, and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in international development and readiness for up to 25% international travel.
This full-time position is based at the OTA headquarters in Washington, DC, and offers the possibility of telework post-probation. A competitive salary range of $56.52 to $73.48 per hour is on offer, reflecting the candidate’s demonstrated salary history.
