This foundational MEL course is structured in seven weekly modules. It consists of a blend of ‘real time’ interactive live sessions led by our highly experienced trainers, individual and collaborative group activities during live sessions as well as on our e-learning platform. Each live session starts at 13:00 PM UK time and lasts for 90 minutes. Live sessions are recorded and are made available on our e-learning platform, so you can view them in your own time, although we do require our participants to attend at least 50% of live sessions for the opportunity to ask questions and interact with peers. The course also includes an individual mentoring session (50 minutes) to help you apply the learning to your own context.
