The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist (MEL) Specialist will support Notre Dame’s role in the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded, Greater Internet Freedom (GIF) project. This project will increase the capacity of civil society and independent media, in as many as 40 countries annually where USAID works for three years on internet freedom issues relevant to country contexts.
