School-to-School International (STS) is seeking a full-time Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Specialist for the expected USAID-funded Djibouti ECE program in Djibouti. The MERL Specialist will develop, implement and continuously improve MERL systems for all project activities. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the development and operationalization of high-quality MERL systems and managing the MERL team reporting to USAID.
