In six 3.5 hour online sessions, you will learn how to:
· MASTER RBM online digital tools in the workplace in an interactive & participatory way with your stakeholders;
· DEVELOP systems thinking around RBM;
· APPLY RBM at an organizational, programme and/or project level;
· DESIGN a Logic Model and Performance Measurement framework using online software and a participatory format that you can use in the workplace with your teams;
· DEVELOP and EXPLAIN the Theory of Change behind your Logic Model;
· ADAPT your program design and performance measurement plans in light of major disruptions and/or challenges;
· WRITE a Results-Based Report.
