National Consultant Positions opened for a short-term assignment.
The “Centre d’Expertise en Évaluation de Développement (CEED)” in partnership with CE4D and IZI, is recruiting national consultants for the ASWA program in eight countries: Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia and the United Republic of Tanzania.
Looking for individuals (National consultants) with experience in Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation (WASH) and proven knowledge of the context of one of the following countries: Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia and the United Republic of Tanzania. In-country support (National consultants). The evaluation will be carried out by a highly qualified team with extensive knowledge and experience in evaluation of WASH programming in humanitarian and development settings. The consultant should have extensive experience in leading and conducting complex global evaluations, excellent project management skills, and demonstrated experience in implementing and/or evaluating water, sanitation, or hygiene programming. The consultant is expected to be fully engaged and available throughout the evaluation process.
The national consultant, under the guidance of the international consultants, will facilitate the implementation of the various activities in the field. He will be required to perform the following tasks:
1 administrative authorizations for the implementation of the various activities;
2 inception report;
1. literature and documentary review;
2. data collection tools;
3. coordination of data collection
4. analysis of collected data
5. drafting of final evaluation report;
6. all other tasks to achieve the objectives of this evaluation.
Ideal candidate should hold a master’s degree in public health sciences, education, social sciences, or in other related disciplines.
