Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF)

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is one of the largest independent humanitarian organisations in the world with a good reputation for providing medical on the front line as well as speaking out and raising awareness on behalf of people in need. Operational Centre Brussels (OCB) is one of six Operational Directorates who are responsible for approximately one quarter of our operational spend.

In OCB we are currently looking for external parties to help us rethink the way we do operational monitoring and design a M&E framework that is both culturally responsive and embedded in the principles and values of humanitarianism and the organisation.

This is an existing and challenging opportunity for thinkers who want to make a substantive contribution to the future of M&E. Normative thinkers need not apply!

PS: We do our best to write ToRs that capture the purpose and scope of the exercise and incorporate the often diverse perspectives of our institutional stakeholders. We however welcome proposals that challenge us and encourage us to see things differently. We believe you are the experts.
