- Asia-Pacific Region: Afghanistan, Cambodia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Myanmar, Nepal
- Arab States Region: Djibouti, Sudan, Yemen
- Latin America and Caribbean: Bolivia, Haiti, Honduras
