The Office of Internal Oversight (OIO) of the Organization for Security Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is launching an evaluation of OSCE’s Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine with a focus on its human dimension work and contribution to gender equality.
For the purpose, we are seeking the services of an evaluation consultant with experience in peacebuilding and gender mainstreaming, and preferably, with some experience in eastern Europe or Ukraine.
The evaluation will be conducted from December 2021 to May 2022 with an expected level of effort of approximately 38 working days, including a potential field visit to Ukraine.
