FH Switzerland (Food for the Hungry) and Interaction will conduct three separate country level Outcome Harvesting Evaluations – DR Congo, Rwanda and Uganda. They form part of a programme promoting an agro-ecological transition (modifying the food system to achieve food security and resilience). The utilisation-focused and learning-oriented evaluation shall strengthen FH’s qualitative M&E and be able to make a causal claim on the contribution FH has towards harvested outcomes.

For this purpose, we are asking for qualified consultants to submit their CV for consideration to Nicola Malacarne nicola.malacarne@interaction-schweiz.ch The closing date for submission of CVs is 14th July 2023. In the accompanying email, please state clearly which country evaluation you are applying for.

We are particularly interested to hear from consultants who meet the following criteria:
• Demonstrable experience of leading evaluations related to Health and Nutrition, Food Security and Livelihoods and/or Education.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience using outcome harvesting / utilisation-focused methodologies.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project design, implementation, and management in the country/ies you are applying for (DRC, Uganda, Rwanda).
• Skills in analysis, adapting and complying with international and national level standards and good practice.
• Good knowledge and understanding of rural context and diversity of cultures.
• PHD or Master’s degree in Public Health, Food Sciences and Technology, Social Sciences, Demography, Monitoring and Evaluation and/or Research.
