Plan International Ireland is requesting applications from interested parties for the final evaluation of its multi-annual programmes, funded by Irish Aid (see attached).
The evaluation is of 2 inclusive quality education programmes:
- A development programme EQuIP (Education: Quality, Inclusion, Participation), located in Burkina Faso, Mali, Guinea and Guinea-Bissau; and
- A humanitarian programme, located in Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger, the Central African Republic and children affected by the Syrian crisis in Jordan

Thereafter, tenderers should complete and submit all the required documents as by 5pm GMT on 1st May 2020.
