Brief outline of Project:
You are invited to submit an offer for an external evaluation of the project “Strengthening Media Development and Freedom of Expression in Cambodia”, in accordance with the present solicitation document. More information can be found: https://unes.co/jc8yds
Your offer comprising of technical offer and financial offer, should be submitted electronically to phnompenh@unesco.org, without any copy (CC) to any other email addresses, no later than 6 December 2024, 23:59, Phnom Penh, Cambodia time.
The technical proposal and financial proposal should be submitted separately in two emails. Offers addressed to any other email accounts will be disqualified. It should be noted that all files sent as attachments in a single email should not exceed 10 MB.
The Technical offer should be sent to the following email, with the mention of “Technical Proposal – FO/PNP/RFP/ 2024-11-005 – name of the bidder” in subject.
The Financial offer should be sent the following email, with the mention of “Financial Proposal – FO/PNP/RFP/ 2024-11-005 – name of the bidder” in subject.
Offers addressed to any other email accounts will be disqualified. It should also be noted that all files together should not exceed 10 M per email.
This email is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm/institution. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.
