You will lead on all recruitment activities, building relationships and partnering with line managers and HR Business partners . We want to attract the best candidates in the market and ensure they have a positive experience with Itad throughout the full -lifecycle. This will include:

  • Develop a range of strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool, ensuring our recruitment approaches enable all candidates to have an equitable experience
  • Pro-actively identify talent through internal networks, Linked-in and other networking sources
  • Support the development of distinct external candidate pools including Analysts, technical MEL specialists and Project and Programme Managers
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partners and line managers to understand resource planning activities, develop talent pools and maintain relationships with candidates for future engagement
  • Collobarate on the development of external talent pools that support our Bidding and Consulting teams
  • Work collaboratively with our communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging to the external market, including our website, social media channels, advertising and role profiles
  • Ensure the candidate management system (Bamboo) is effective and compliant with GDPR
  • Develop recruitment data and trends to inform better decision making and approaches
  • Shape and deliver recruitment guidance and advice to the whole team
