Why do well-intentioned efforts to improve relationships sometimes make them worse? Drawing on Chris Argyris’s action science, this four-session online program offers evaluators, coaches, consultants and OD practitioners precise, learnable tools for rebuilding trust, surfacing untested assumptions, and turning defensive dynamics into genuine inquiry.
