Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC) seeks to hire a consultant(s)/organization to conduct an external end of project evaluation of its “Sustainable Improved Protection Outcomes for Civilians in Iraq.”
The term of the current program is 01 July 2021 – 31 August 2022 (14 months). This phase builds upon three previous projects implemented 01 January 2020 – 31 December 2020, 01 November 2018 – 31 December 2019, and 01 June 2017 – 31 August 2018.
This evaluation should also examine the results from these previous three phases (within reason) and how their results contributed to the results of the current project phase.
CIVIC expects to work collaboratively with the selected consultant(s)/organization to develop and further refine the evaluation questions and methodology for this evaluation.
