This evaluation seeks an independent consultant/firm to conduct a rigorous Longitudinal Impact Review of the “Zanzibar Women’s Leadership in Adaptation” (ZanzAdapt) project. Spanning Unguja and Pemba Islands, the project focuses on gender-responsive nature-based solutions (NbS), including mangrove restoration and spice agroforestry. The review will assess long-term ecological resilience and social equity outcomes against a 17-year horizon, aligning with Global Affairs Canada (GAC) standards for Feminist International Assistance. Anticipated dates of project are April to November 2026.
