Laterite is a data, research, and technical advisory firm based in East Africa, set up to help organizations understand and analyze complex development challenges. We work with universities, NGOs, multilateral donor organizations, and government ministries and agencies. Our core activity sectors are: public health, agriculture, urbanization & migration, education, and youth & labor. We are also involved in projects with a focus on gender issues.
Laterite is expanding and we are looking for accomplished researchers with a track record of project and team management to join our offices in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) and Nairobi (Kenya). The Senior Research Associates are part of the management team and have a voice in project selection, corporate strategy, process improvements, and structuring Laterite’s research agenda.
