Senior Evaluator:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in law, political science, international relations, economics, or a related field. A first-level university degree, in combination with a qualifying experience, may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience conducting assessments, reviews or evaluations of projects, programs or policies in the UN or international context.
- Experience in human rights or related fields.
- Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating programmes supporting media freedom, access to information, protection of journalists and human rights defendersis highly desirable.
- Fluency in oral and written English is required. Fluency in other languages (Arabic, Spanish and/or French) is desirable.
- Knowledge of integration of human rights, disability, and gender perspectives in evaluations.
- Knowledge of OHCHR is desirable.
