We are looking for a Behavioural Insights and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager who will manage a small team, lead monitoring and evaluation for all of our projects, and drive cross company learning in our areas of specialism.
We’re looking for a leader with the intellectual curiosity and focus to identify and mine the data we need to discover what is working and what is not on our projects, and importantly understand why; the ability to interpret and analyse that data and craft it into a clear narrative that our staff, stakeholders and beneficiaries can use to adapt their programming; and the vision to help drive learning across projects to build our expertise in key areas such as media development, information integrity and good governance.
