The CWS Senior Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation) for the Ukraine Response will:
- Design, develop and implement the MEAL Workplan
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning (MEAL) workplan for CWS Moldova
Provide input as requested for project design, funding proposals and budgets to ensure that MEAL activities are realistic, budgeted and in line with donor guidelines/ requirements
