Duration: 8 day field mission mid-July 2025
Brief outline of Project:
IRMA is seeking a National Associate Evaluator based in Timor-Leste to support an independent evaluation of interventions in the area of Climate Information and Early Warning Systems (CIEWS). The assignment will take place over 8 days during a field mission planned for mid-July 2025.
The consultant will work alongside an IRMA team member and contribute to activities such as data collection, stakeholder interviews, and support in organizing and coordinating field visits.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in evaluation, research, or monitoring of development or climate-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of the local context and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Tetum or Portuguese is an asset.
- Availability to travel within the country during the mission period.
Deliverables will include participation in interviews and field visits, documentation of findings, and input into the evaluation process.
