We are launching an exciting 6-country study on engaging men and boys in the challenging and what I call “sticky” gender norms, attitude, and behavior change. I will be leading the team and we’re looking for 6 senior researchers to join us, each in one of the following target countries: Afghanistan, Burundi, DRC, Mali, Niger, Rwanda. Advanced English as well as local language is required. The study is mixed methods, with a strong quasi-experimental quantitative element.
