Accountability is one of our core values at Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). The Senior Director of Global Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) leads the organization to build a culture of accountability for the people Habitat serves, Habitat’s program partners, donors, and boards of directors. The position plays a key role in developing policies, standards, tools, and processes to generate evidence to enhance the quality of programs to prove and improve outcomes for the people Habitat serves.

Reporting to the VP of Program Effectiveness, this role is global in nature, leading a network of MEAL expertise that spans headquarters, five regions (US/Canada, Latin America, Africa, Asia/Pacific, and Europe & the Middle East), and operations in over 70 countries. This leadership position plays a foundational role in the realization of important organizational building blocks, including:

*Results Measurement

*Research and Learning
