We’re looking for a Strategic Learning & Evaluation (SLE) Manager to join our team in Basel. This role will be central to how we assess and evolve our grants and portfolios, cultivate shared reflection, and remain responsive to the contexts in which we work.
We are looking for someone who:
– Understands the rigour in evaluation and the nuance in emergent learning.
– Can work with frameworks and indicators without being captured by them.
– Moves comfortably between data, story, ecosystems, and people.
In this role, you’ll co-develop approaches that help us and our partners stay attuned – not only to what is working, but to what is shifting, what is being revealed, and what is calling for deeper reflection.

Please note: the role is based in Basel, Switzerland (not remote). Also, a valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is required.
