ILO Country Office for Tunisia

The ILO Country Office for Tunisia is looking for an evaluator to lead the internal cluster evaluation of the projects Support and Coaching of Young People and Strengthening their Employability. Please note languages required : Fluency in written and spoken French, knowledge of Arabic would be an asset.

The candidate interested in this call for expressions of interest must provide the following information:

  1. Description of the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience while showing how they best meet the qualifications required for that position,
  2. A list of previous evaluations that are preferable in relation to the context and theme of this call, clearly indicating the role played by the consultant,
  3. The applicant must demonstrate expertise and ability to conduct project/programme evaluations, including within the United Nations system and or with international development organizations,
  4. A declaration by the candidate attesting to his or her availability to conduct the final assessment in Tunisia and a proposal for the daily professional fees expressed in US Dollar,
  5. A copy of the candidate’s curriculum vitae (which must include information on the candidate’s skills and qualifications mentioned above).
  6. A statement that the applicant has not been involved in the design and implementation of the projects in question or has a privileged personal relationship with ILO officials working directly on the said projects in Tunisia,
  7. The names of two reference persons (including telephone and email) to contact.
