Brief Outline of the Project:
UNESCO invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the External Evaluation of the second UNESCO project “Support for Ukraine in Culture and Education through UNESCO”.
The evaluation aims to assess the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the project, strengths and weaknesses, and to formulate recommendations for potential future phases of the project.
