The International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE), in partnership with EvalPartners, invites you to participate in the second part of our global survey: “Perspectives on the Professionalization of Evaluation – Part II.”
This comprehensive study is designed to capture the full range of dimensions identified in the literature on evaluation professionalization, spanning institutional, methodological, ethical, and professional aspects of the evaluator’s role.
About the Survey: Due to its depth and the diversity of themes covered, the full inquiry was split into two complementary parts:
- Part I(disseminated in June) explored the foundations of professionalization through practitioner profiles, national evaluation frameworks, training mechanisms, and the impact of technological innovations.
- Part IIfocuses on:
- Ethics
- Communication of Results
- Organizational Autonomy of Evaluators
Together, these two components offer an integrated view of the conditions, practices, and challenges involved in advancing the professionalization of evaluation worldwide.
Who should participate? We seek the diverse perspectives of all individuals interested in evaluation, including evaluators, researchers, internal evaluation unit staff, commissioners, and VOPE members across different regions and roles within the evaluation ecosystem.
