Alena Lappo Voronetskaya is an evaluation specialist with nine years of research and evaluation experience in the public and private sectors. She conducted and managed evaluations of international development programs in multiple international organizations and financial institutions. Her fields of interest include evaluation methods, equity-focused and value-for-money approaches in evaluation. Alena is a Board Trustee of the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE) and the leader of the European Emerging Evaluators (yEES!) network, which is the European Chapter of EvalYouth. She holds an MBA from ESCP Europe Business School.
