Estelle Raimondo, PhD is an evaluation methods expert. She leads evaluations of international development programs and trains teams on a wide range of evaluation methodologies. With ten years of experience in evaluation and evaluation research, she is a faculty member of the International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) and adjunct faculty at the George Washington University.  Her research has been published in several internationally peer-reviewed journals. Her first book is: Dealing with complexity in development evaluation: a practical approach (2015, with Michael Bamberger and Jos Vaessen). She received her PhD in evaluation research from the George Washington University.
