We are looking for a consultancy group to conduct a Final Evaluation for the Dakchyata project which is supporting the development of a more effective, greener, and inclusive Technical and Vocational and Education Training (TVET) system in Nepal. We’d like the final evaluation to review progress against the standard OECD DAC criteria, but more importantly to really explore and investigate the changes and emerging institutionalisation that the project has supported for stakeholders and how these changes are leading to systemic change within the TVET system of Nepal as a whole. We expect that the Terms of Reference would be discussed, reviewed and updated during the Inception Phase based on the consultants perspectives and also, the proposed evaluation approach.
