Sustainable Energy for All

SEforALL’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team is seeking the services of a consultant to conduct an evidence gap map and systematic review.

Background: Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) is an international organization working with leaders in government, the private sector and civil society to drive further, faster action toward achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7). SEforALL’s MEL team is seeking to conduct an evidence gap map and systematic review will be to enable decision-makers and practitioners to explore the findings and quality of the existing evidence on the impacts of diverse energy sector interventions and to ultimately facilitate evidence-based decision-making with respect to the design and implementation of energy sector programmes in the future.

Based on the brief background above, we would like to invite you to bid against the attached Terms of Reference. Please submit your proposal to procurement@seforall.org by 13 February 2023, 23:59 PM Central European Time. You can also find the TORs  online – I also recommend keeping an eye on the web page for any supporting documentation that could be uploaded.
