We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in the role of Deputy Director, Office of Evaluation. The Deputy Director will serve as a pivotal member of the Office of Evaluation (OED) team, providing technical and management leadership in accordance with FAO’s guiding principles and strategies.
Position Summary:
The Deputy Director will be responsible for providing technical and managerial leadership within the OED, ensuring adherence to FAO’s Charter of Evaluation and Basic Texts, as well as the upcoming Evaluation Policy, incorporating UNEG Evaluation Principles. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and revision of foundational documents, serving as the acting Director in the Director’s absence.
