Groupe URD is looking for an expert trainer in MEAL / SERA (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning) to lead training (face-to-face in Paris) related to quality and accountability issues in the sector of international solidarity.
Background / Rationale
Founded in 1993, Groupe URD is an independent think-tank specializing in the analysis of practices and the development of policies for humanitarian action and fragility management. His multidisciplinary expertise, nourished by permanent back and forth on crisis and post-crisis terrain, allows him to understand the functioning of the sector as a whole.
Committed to the exchange of knowledge and collective learning, Groupe URD is committed to various initiatives aimed at strengthening the capacities of international solidarity actors on MEAL / SERA (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning) issues – see Groupe URD’s Quality and Accountability activities here. To meet the growing demands for training directly or indirectly related to MEAL / SERA issues, and in particular in the context of supporting Expertise France’s teams , the Group URD is looking for a person able to lead training sessions on sera themes , theory of change, logical framework and monitoring and evaluation plan.
