The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist position is part of the State to State project team and works closely with DAI, the prime contractor. The project is five-years long, running from October 2020 to September 2025, and is funded by the United States Agency for International Development. The MEL Specialist is one of six MEL Specialists working in collaboration with DAI. The open position is based in Sokoto and is available immediately.
