The Senior Director, Evaluation & Data Management, under the direction of the Managing Director, Operations & Evaluation, will lead CSS’s evaluation team in overseeing data collection, data management, and evaluation efforts in support of all of CSS’s solutions. The Senior Director, Evaluation & Data Management will lead evaluation and continuous improvement projects through the development of measurement tools and instruments, oversight of data entry and analysis, database management and maintenance, active participation as a thought-partner to determine evaluation best practices and new areas of growth, and communication of findings to internal staff, partner schools, and other stakeholders. In addition, you will actively participate in the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through engaging in opportunities for continued learning and examining its application to the work of the evaluation team and the mission of CSS.
