Brief Outline of Project
Given that the current TAF’s implementation period ends in July 2024, IFAS is exploring options for the design and launch of a second phase of the TAF with a new TAF Manager utilizing the estimated EUR 3 million in grant funding that will remain from the EU’s TAF contribution. Before starting the design, IFAD, the EU, and TAF Partners agreed on the need for an external evaluation of the first phase of the TAF to gather lessons to feed the design of a second phase of the program. Through this call for proposals, Agriterra, as lead partner of the TAF consortium seeks to hire a team of consultants to achieve it’s evaluation objectives.
