Save the Children Spain
Three ToR s for mid-term and final evaluations of the project “Protección integral y escalable para la infancia en movimiento sin referentes familiares en España” financed by the Next Generation funds from the European Union, through the Spanish Ministry of Social Rights.
The project consists of 7 interrelated work packages, implemented between July 2022 and December 2023.
We are requesting proposals for the following evaluations, terms of references attached:
• Evaluaciones del paquete 2 “Determinación de la edad” y paquete 3 “herramienta de determinación del interés superior” (paquetes independientes)
• Evaluación de los paquetes 4 “Modelo de intervención holístico” y 6 “espacio seguro” (paquetes interrelacionados)
• Evaluación de los paquetes 5 “Inclusión en el entorno comunitario” y 7 “Participación y Asociacionismo” (paquetes interrelacionados)

The evaluations will require Spanish language skills and visits to the different project locations (Canary Islands, Catalunya and Andalucía). Additional languages, especially Dariya would be considered a plus.
