Frontline AIDS is looking for a consultant or consultancy to conduct a Mid Term Evaluation of our Global Plan of Action, an ambitious multiyear organisational strategy designed to help the world secure a future free from AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
We are looking to find out if the Global Plan of Action is still fit for purpose, how successfully Frontline AIDS has implemented this strategy, and what progress looks like so far. We would particularly welcome candidates with experience in conducting organisational level process evaluations, with knowledge and experience of Outcome Mapping and/or Outcome Harvesting.
