Oxfam-Québec is seeking a consultant or consultancy team with demonstrated experience of feminist research and evaluation as well as gender transformative and rights-based approaches to support the midterm learning review of a project on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
Consultants are expected to advise, support and challenge the team on:
1) the execution, structure and content of a flexible, adaptable and utilization-focused multi-country midterm learning review
2) the application of feminist evaluation best practices and of its feminist MEAL approach
