The International Labour Office (ILO) launches a call for expressions of interest for the recruitment of a qualified consultant to conduct the final review of the Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) in Senegal 2018-2022 between May and July 2023.
It should be noted that the dates mentioned in the ToRs are indicative and could be slightly revised if necessary.
The candidate interested in this call for expressions of interest must provide the following information:
- A curriculum vitae of the candidate (which must include information on the candidate’s technical and professional qualifications).
- A list of previous programme reviews and/or independent evaluations that are preferable in relation to the context and theme of this call, clearly indicating the role played by the consultant,
- A statement from the candidate attesting to his/her availability to conduct the program review and a proposal for daily professional fees expressed in US Dollar.
- Two reports of program reviews and/or independent evaluations (preferably similar to the subject of this call) conducted by the applicant as the lead evaluator or the sole evaluator.
- A statement that the candidate has not been involved in the design and implementation of this DWCP or has a privileged personal relationship with ILO officials directly related to the DWCP of Mauritania.
