Description:
The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization UNESCO Islamabad is looking for a consulting firm to conduct the final evaluations of two (2) projects: “Girls’ Lower Secondary Education Programme (GLSEP) in Pakistan” and “Supports to Girls’ Right to Education and Safeguarding Cultural Heritage through Education in Pakistan”. The goal of the evaluations is to assess the relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of the interventions, identify any project design problems, draw lessons and develop recommendations that will contribute to the organization’s learning and the design of future similar projects.
This is a combined call for proposals and the consulting firm must submit a proposal for each project evaluation separately. Interested companies are invited to apply by 4 Sep 2023.
