Project Objective:
This is a performance evaluation of USAID/Ukraine’s RANG activity, a legislative strengthening project.
Position Description:
SI is seeking an Evaluation Specialist that will be a core member of the evaluation team, consisting of a Team Leader, a Senior Governance Expert, and potentially an additional Evaluation Specialist. The Evaluation Specialist and the evaluation team will be responsible for all deliverables and reporting requirements including an evaluation work plan, an in-brief presentation and out-brief presentation with the client, and a draft and final evaluation report. The estimated time period for undertaking this Evaluation is 42 days level of effort (LOE), of which at least 18 days should be spent in Ukraine. Work will begin immediately and the project will conclude in August 2024.
